Your review of these units (Lennox, Carrier and Trane) were very helpful. I would welcome any contractors that you recommend for free estimates. I have already received 2 estimates for replacing my furnace (19 yrs old) and or the entire 2.5 ton Carrier unit (8 yrs old) that I’m having the problem with. I also have a 3.0 ton Lennox unit that is only 2 years old. Again, thank you for the info.
